Responsible Individual

We source and place experienced RIs who understand the full weight of the role under the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Every RI candidate has demonstrable experience in children's residential care and a clear understanding of Ofsted expectations.

Registered Manager

We place qualified registered managers with the experience, values, and sector knowledge to lead a compliant, high-quality home. All candidates are assessed against the fit person criteria and Schedule 2 requirements.

Deputy Manager

A strong deputy is essential to the stability and compliance of any children's home. We place experienced deputies who can support the registered manager, lead the staff team, and maintain standards when leadership is absent.
